We want you to be delighted with your order. If you’re not happy, we’ll give you your money back! You can return your order (unused and in original packaging) for any reason within 3 months for an exchange or refund.

We hope you’ll be delighted with your order, but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return items to us.

You can return your order for any reason within 3 months for an exchange or refund. Please follow the simple steps below:


1. Fill in the returns form included in your parcel or download the returns form here noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. There is no need to call us.
2. Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging). Send your parcel to:

3. Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.


Damaged or faulty goods

In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or faulty goods we will replace or refund them in full (including the original postage charge). Please follow the simple steps below:

1. Please call us on +44 (0)20 8749 3000 or email amelie@bombayduck.com within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

2. Complete the returns form included in your parcel or download the returns form here noting whether you would like an exchange or refund.

3. Send your parcel to Bombay Duck Mail Order Returns, 231 The Vale, London, W3 7QS, UK using the label provided below.

4. Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a RAN and must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note

We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel.

Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel

be lost or delayed in the post.

If you would like to exchange your order for item(s) of higher value, we will contact you for payment details.

If you are exchanging for goods of lower value we will refund the difference.

We will contact you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
