Ordering and Stock Availability
We try to ensure permanent stock availability but sometimes items sell faster than we predict.
You will always be advised when placing your order either online or by telephone if something you wish to order is currently sold out. If some items on your order are available, we’ll send those to you immediately and you will be advised by email of the date we hope to dispatch the rest of your order. You will only be charged once for delivery in this case and we’ll only charge you for items once they have left our warehouse.
If you cannot find what you are looking for on the website or if you cannot add the quantity of a product you require to your basket this may be due to low stock levels. Please email amelie@bombayduck.com or phone us on 020 8749 3000 and we will be very happy to advise you of the expected delivery date. We receive new deliveries into our warehouse almost every day so we hope you will not have to wait too long!
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Amex.
You can order and pay online or by calling us on 0208 749 3000.
The name ‘Bombay Duck Ltd’ will appear on your bank statements.
You will not be charged for your order until it is dispatched to you. You will be notified by email when we dispatch your order.
Tracking Orders
Orders dispatched by courier are trackable online. You will be provided with a link to track your order progress online when we email to confirm dispatch of your order.
We regret that orders sent within the UK using standard Royal Mail delivery and orders sent outside the UK cannot be tracked online.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account online, or by calling us on 020 8749 3000.
Delivery of International Orders
We send international retail orders with Royal Mail, but they are currently not tracked (Royal Mail can only offer parcel tracking within the UK).
Delivery is guaranteed within 14 days.

We’ve grouped our products into categories to help you find just what you are looking for quickly and easily. You can view all items in a category using the links to the top and the left of each page.
If you are looking for a particular item or if your know the Bombay Duck product code you can search for it using the search box in the top left corner of every page or you can search by code on the quickshop page. Please type in all or part of the code or item description and the website will return all relevant products at super fast speed!
